When talking about newborn clothing, a series of elements must be taken into consideration:

-During the winter months it is very useful to use the leotard which can be either cotton or warm cotton. Wool is avoided as it may create irritation to the delicate skin of the newborn.
-No loot or laces. They can be very dangerous and at the same time impractical when changing diapers.
-Baby shoes are not essential. In fact, to cover the feet and keep them warm you just need to wear normal socks.
-In the wintertime, the cap is necessary to cover your little head from the cold. It can be made of wool, but also of fleece. But be careful. It should not be used indoors, but only outdoors.
The rules
The first rule in deciding how to dress a newborn baby is to dress it a little, in a way appropriate to the seasons, avoiding that it gets hot.
Second rule to choose the best clothing for babies is to choose 100% natural fabrics, possibly organic and certified.
Third and last rule is to dress infants according to the cold or heat that we adults feel, always keeping in mind that, being small and having a temperature control system not yet well developed, the little ones get cold or warm before us.
